The contract between parfumflacons.com
and the purchaser comes into effect when the
purchaser places an order. Once the contract
has come into effect we have to invoice you
for the shipping costs in all cases (even in
the case of non-acceptance or non-collection)
The postage costs and bonus are calculated
according to the finally delivered value of
the goods less any possible returns. The
prices at the time of the order apply.
Deliveries will be made as long as stocks
last. The individual miniatures may bear the
caption "Not for sale" or similar. The sale
of such miniatures is permitted according to
a verdict of the Landgericht Köln (Court
of First Instance in Cologne). The miniatures
are originally filled and in their original
packaging, unless otherwise specified. No
supply to France. Returns must reach us in a
saleable condition; we recommend that you use
our packaging.
